ELDER ANTHONY DAVIS
Anthony is one of three children born on March 20, 1963 in Fort Ord, California, to his parents, Reverend Al Davis and Sis. Ethel Davis. He was married in August, 1991. He has four children and eleven grandchildren.
At the age of ten, Anthony accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized by Rev. W. B. White, who was the Pastor of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church at the time. Since then he’s served in various capacities including Sunday School Teacher, Sanctuary Choir President, Usher Board member and member of the Pastor’s Aid Committee. He was ordained as a Deacon on December 19, 1993 and served as chairman of the Deacon Board from 1999 through 2000.
In August of 2000, Anthony accepted the High Calling of God and confessed his calling into the Ministry. March 11, 2001 he preached his first sermon and was licensed. On August 22, 2004, he was ordained to the work of The Gospel Ministry.
Under the leadership of Reverend Al Davis he has served as an associate minister where he developed and executed the New Member Training class. He also served as the Youth Pastor and Pastor of Discipleship. He was appointed as Assistant Pastor in 2015.
Anthony believes in education. He attends the WHW Expository Preaching Conferences and his training experience includes Crown Money Life Coach, Church Law & Tax Ministry. He has received various honors for community services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministries and is currently attending Trinity Evangelical Bible (TEB) Seminary in pursuit of his Master of Divinity degree.
